These candy-wrapper handbags look like a good idea. If I were a girl I might buy one, but my camera bag is enough of a "man-purse" for me.
This actually reminds me of something an elderly relation of the family used to do. Miss Wolverton would weave all sorts of interesting things from plastic bread wrappers (sort of like this). Bread wrappers were colorful, plentiful, and durable enough for all sorts of things. She made placemats, a hassock cover and things like that. I always thought that was neat when I was a kid.
